How to set up FAQ within your website?

WPFAQBlock makes it easy to create and display beautiful FAQ sections on your website using the WordPress block editor.

In this guide, you’ll learn how to:

• Install WPFAQBlock
• Create FAQ categories
• Add FAQ questions and answers
• Insert the FAQ block into a page
• Publish FAQs on your website

Step 1: Log In to WordPress

Log in to your WordPress dashboard.

Step 2: Open the Plugins Page

From the left-hand menu, navigate to:

Plugins → Add New Plugin

Step 3: Upload the Plugin

Click the Upload Plugin button.

Upload the WPFAQBlock ZIP file using the upload field.

Step 4: Install and Activate

Click Install Now

Once installation is complete, click:

Activate

Activating the plugin enables all WPFAQBlock features and adds the plugin menu to your dashboard.

Step 5: Open WPFAQBlock Dashboard

From the left-hand menu, click:

WPFAQBlock

This opens the plugin dashboard where you can manage your FAQs.

Here you can:

• Create categories
• Add FAQ items
• Edit answers
• Manage visibility settings

Step 6: Create an FAQ Category

Click: + Add Category

Enter a category name.

Example:
General FAQ

Categories help organize related questions for better management.

Step 7: Add FAQ Questions

Select your category and click: + Add FAQ

Enter your question and answer.

Step 8: Enable FAQ Visibility

Each FAQ includes a visibility toggle.

Turn the toggle ON to display that FAQ on your website.

Disabled FAQs will remain hidden.

Step 9: Create a New Page

Navigate to: Pages → Add New

Enter a page title.

Step 10: Insert the WPFAQBlock

Inside the WordPress block editor: Click + Add Block

Search for: WPFAQBlock

Select the block to insert it into your page.

Step 11: Select Your FAQ Category

After inserting the block, choose the category you created earlier.

This tells the block which FAQ items to display on the page.

Step 12: Customize Display Settings

Use the settings panel on the right-hand side to customize the FAQ section.

You can configure:

• FAQ Title
• Search Box
• Category Selection
• Layout Style
• Accordion Design

These options help match the FAQ section to your website design.

Step 13: Preview Your FAQ Section

Click: Preview

Check that:

• Questions display correctly
• Answers expand smoothly
• Search functionality works properly
• Layout looks good on all devices

Step 14: Publish Your Page

Once everything looks perfect, click: Publish

Your FAQ section is now live on your website.
